Ordered some parts for a seadoo, staff were knowledgeable and i received the exact parts i wanted in the mail. Not very good at returning calls though, had a really hard time getting tracking info, was told I'd receive a call back with more info about the shipping but called a few times and never got a response. Ended up finding out what freight company it was sent with and called them myself. It didn't matter in the end, but some better communication would be nice. Overall a good experience though. Thanks Pelican Marine!
