Honestly really amazed by the humble & knowledgeable staff members.. Leaving the store with my purchase isn’t the reason for the 5 stars. The reason was when I entered a noticed a staff member assisting a young male who seemed to be just getting started with this fitness goals. The staff member went out of his way not to enforce a sale, but to educate the customer on different types of supplement & their purpose. After educating the customer he outlined the supplement he’ll need in order to progress to his fitness goals and then outlines other supplement that he may need in the future.Good to see a supplement store that genuinely cares about your fitness goals rather then a opportunity to reel you into unnecessary purchases.

Stock and prices are good. But they use Aus Post compared to other Supplement stores that use Couriers which ship faster. So their performance (Aus Post) takes away from the shopping experience. 2 weeks waiting for an order. I know that Aus Post experiencing delays but this is in comparative remark. If you need your items quick maybe choose some other store .. for now.

I have recently purchased Yemeni honey from Supplement Wholesalers for the first time- the product unfortunately arrived damaged due to potentially poor handling from Auspost. Without any delay, Supplement Wholesalers contacted to offer redelivery and also provided option to switch to a similar product with better casing for delivery. I appreciate their prompt action and will recommend them to anyone looking to shop for supplements online.

Great place to buy protein powder, vitamins and gym equipment. Very nice customer service with lots of advice and recommendations. Price is cheaper than other stores locally. Will come back for sure !
