Came into the mac store during Boxing Day sales and attempted to ask about lip products and the female with the blonde hair working was so dismissive on her iPad completely disregarding the fact that you have customers in the store. Ask her a question and she reluctantly answers then goes straight back to her iPad. Yuck. Liked the product left cause of the service. Do better

Thankyou to the lady serving on her own last night you did an amazing job under pressure :) you colour matched my daughter and I wonderfully and gave some great advice! Highly recommend colour matching properly in store before you buy online. It’s not often you get someone willing to go the extra mile for you but our experience here was incredible. We felt very comfortable removing makeup and testing some products because the assistant was kind and supportive :) she’s a keeper!! (Sorry can’t remember your name)
