The owner acted like a disgusting pig. I’ve never had someone be so rude to me in my entire life. He should be ashamed of himself. I’m just glad I believe in karma.

I rang Fernhurst to report an unsafe road incident I encountered with their one of their truck drivers last night. The male who answered the telephone call was not interested nor concerned about this dangerous and aggressive encounter. He spoke over me and raised his voice, repeating himself 3 times that the dash-cam footage would reviewed however I was simply was asking if I’ll be getting a call back. Perhaps after reviewing the dash-cam you’d think the company might want to touch base. A very unpleasant encounter with no regards for others.

Staff overworked, underpaid, safety hazards everywhere. Company lied to employee to get govt subsidy then when the 3 mths was up sacked for no reason with none given. Manager manipulating narcissist with zero people skills. They say they are RF ready and still using paper and pen. Staff expected to work beyond their capabilities with no support and No communication. Current staff operating equipment without valid tickets or licences. Refused to buy hand sanitiser because too expensive and allowed staff to work with covid.Completely unprofessional outfit.Think twice before applying here.
