Went here for breakfast on a cold winters day. Found a nice pic warm shop, friendly staff . Great coffee and a very nice toasted ham and cheese sandwich. They every didn’t mind we ate our takeaway order inside as it was to cold outside

Not very kind. No staff smile here. Understand they are busy, but they don't need to be rude.And the taste is just so so. No coffee taste in Coffee scroll, only cinnamon. Pies are just below average.

I've visited their Echuca and Yakandanda stores.Had to visit here too.My goodness.I love their food.So do hundreds of others by the look of the lines.Don't hold back. Just do it.Yum yum.

Great food, cakes delicious but being school holidays very busy. Be patient. Staff very friendly and eager to assist you. Also souvenirs to buy as well.

While satisfied with the bakery products, I was appalled by the service received this morning. I was the first in line waiting to pay at the cashier, the lady behind counter attended to a customer next to me instead of asking who is next; when I reminded her I came before that customer, she didn’t attend to me but just said ‘wait’. The next staff didn’t attend to me either after I raised my hand & tried to make eye contact signalling I was the next customer in line; When finally a third staff served me, I explained what happened, she brushed it off saying ‘well we couldn’t see everyone’ to my surprise, instead of showing any sign of being sorry.

Very popular bakery. The crowd comes in waves so if its busy you should wait outside til it clears up. The cinnamon donut was the best I ever tasted. The black coffee taste good too.
