We we're recommended Cathy by a manager of a block of units. Our first contact with her was very quick to come and she explained the process to follow in putting our apartment up for sale. She was quick to stay in contact, with price recommendations, responses to advertising, inspections and dealing with our tenants. Being in another state Cathy helped in meeting our obligations in Queensland and succeeded in obtaining a suitable price for us. We had unsuccessfully tried to sell several years ago and I feel it was Cathy's efforts this time that led to a successful sale.
