Good to be able to camp there again.Flies and mosquitoes very friendly, weather against us this trip. Apart from that we enjoyed the time spent there.

It is a desert oasis with a beautiful scenery. Animals with the lake and habitat, I stood at the lake and looked at everything, people and nature in this moment appears very harmonious!

It may a beautiful place, but if you have pets keep a very close eye on them. A person has just had their dog die from 1080 poisoning.I don’t know her personally but just wanted to warn other pet owners.

Great swimming spot, although be weary when the river is flowing as the current is a bit strong. Lovely contrast of colours. Easy access along the unpaved road from the bitumen.
