I have never felt so comfortable, pampered and happy after a hair appointment than I did today. I was in my element sipping on a savvy B, accompanied with a cheese board during my first visit to Franki the salon. Em was so lovely, listened to what I was after and gave me realistic hair goals in order to keep my hair healthy. I love my new hair!!Also, a big thank you to all of the other girls for being so friendly. I will be back. Xx

First time visiting Franki the Salon and it was like stepping into heaven. The ladies were welcoming and accommodating. Alyssia took the time to listen to my hair concerns and offered some honest options. The stylists took their time with each step of the process and you didn’t feel rushed, which I loved.The end process was better than I was expecting and I’ll be definitely heading back!

The BEST salon in Newcastle and on the central coast. I saw Emily for a cut, treatment and colour and she listened to what I wanted and delivered more then I could have ever wanted. The colour is perfect - natural lived in blonde but still very bright and fresh. I can’t recommend this salon enough. Beautiful space to relax and get some pamper time.

From the moment you walk into the salon you are instantly transformed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life into a calm and serene environment.Alyssia did the most AMAZING colour transformation, she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t even know where to start!The salon was STUNNING! They were so welcoming when I came into the salon, and from start to finish it was such an amazing experience and Grace honestly was so nice and so understanding with what I wanted done to my hair.I’m so extremely happy and cannot wait for my next visit.

The most luxurious salon ever!It’s such a beautiful space, every part of my experience was so enjoyable. I always feel so welcomed and understood. Not to mention getting to see the most cutest frenchies ever!Alyssa saved my hair from a previous salon and it turned out so much better than I could’ve expected. My most recent appointment was with Grace and she did such an amazing job as well. The girls take really good care of the health of your hair and I trust them 100% the products they use seem so much better than other salons i’ve been to, making my hair feel so much nicer and healthier. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.
