Best macca's experience I have had in long time today @ trower road. Ordered a nuggets and chips combo. Both the nuggets and the chips were made fresh, and were piping hot and very quick service. The food made fresh was so good that if I had to wait for it to be fresh like that every time, I would be happy to wait. Very happy customer today, thank you trower road team 04/03/22 @ approx 5pm.

Honestly, I never had the worst cheese burger since in Australia. I don’t know what happened with franchises in Darwin NT? Today I tried again a cheese burger in Casuarina Ctr and it was made different again the picture description! No pickle and just too much sauces! Very salty! Sorry the last time I went to McDonald from now. Luckily, I don’t waste money with the full price as the burger like this.

Been here twice in the last two weeks at 2:30am after work only to be told they weren't serving and they were quite rude about it. My question is why were all the lights on, inside and out. I saw a lot of other cars go thru the drive thru only to be told the same thing.

Just went through drive through. Took nearly 20mins and they completely screwed up order so had to send back from waiting bay then new order had cheese on burger I asked no cheese & coke was flat. Called to complain and the number just goes to generic message bank.

Every time I go there the tables are dirty the bin is over flowing to the point that people are putting the rubbish on the trays, the place looks like it's been half built looks depressing bring back the old fun looking McDonald's pretty disappointed on the cleanliness

Ordered 2 mcmuffins and coffee. Got home 1 mcmuffin and hash brown. Cost a fortune and service was so slow. Had to go back and get the other mcmuffi . Won't be back.

ayo get this, ordered 2 packs of 24 nugs, i say 10 mins max on wait maybe a little more, tell me why i was there for more than double the waiting time?! after all that my drink aint even ready?! what a joke!

McDonald's was great shame about the mall it was located in there seems to be a lot of crime. We saw 3 people get arrested by security.

I had a worst experience at MacDonald Casuarina today. Had to go back 3 times to get all my orders, they didn't even check before call out the number. And even worse they possibly used expired products to make my peppermint tea, found dead bugs in the tea bag. Reported the matter to the store manager, the attitude he showed that he would not care any less. Refund? No! He offered to make a new tea, I refused because I don't trust their teas anymore. I asked him to replace an orange juice. He agreed, and was going to get orange juice for me from the juice / drink dispenser machine behind the counter, but somehow he changed his mind and went to the back of kitchen where I couldn't see. It took some time for him to get the juice, when he gave it to me, I just don't feel good about it, so didn't take it.Very disappointing to the MacDonald Casuarina store! Don't recommend it to anyone.
