Newcastle Pole and Aerials Academy
Fantastic pole and aerials studio. So much more fun than just going to the gym! Each class has a fun warm up and conditioning to help you get the moves in the class. Classes are structured ensuring you’re pushing yourself in a way that minimises injury. I love the variety of apparatuses and classes: pole, lyra, silks and hammock, trapeze with a challenging range of strength and stretch classes.
