We engaged Jim's Security Carrum Downs to help us install the CCTV cameras in June 2021. The overall process right through the contact, discussions, camera selection, installation and post installation was very smooth. Prabhu and team are a fantastic crew, who have delivered the work of installing 6 cameras around our double storied house in a record time of a day. My whole experience with Jims Security was a breeze. I rang the receptionist and she booked it in for a time that suited me. Half an hour before he arrived I got a call he was on his way which I appreciated. He was extremely friendly, followed all covid safe protocol and cleaned up after himself. (New sockets in walls left plaster dust) I would definitely use again if I needed any more jobs done and I would recommend to friends and family.

Thank you Prabhu and team. Prabhu was super responsive and accommodating to our needs. We needed an alarm system installed ASAP and some re-wiring of our NBN service. It was a breeze getting our security system installed by Prabhu, Parm and team. Prabhu was always forthcoming with suggestions and responded to any clarifications we required promptly during our consultation, helping us to choose the best system for our needs. I just did my cctv, alarm and other work with Jim’security. Prabhu and Param both are highly professional and skilled in their work. My set up was done quite smoothly and done with highest quality. Both of them very good in listening and advising me the right options.
