PRAMFIX PRAM REPAIRS

Called PramFix after the brake broke on our Mountain Buggy Urban Jungle. He knew exactly what the problem was, and had the parts to fix it. I took it in the same day and it was fixed in 30 mins. Would 100% recommend going to PramFix. So grateful our pram was fixed so quickly!

I would NOT recommend. I sent a detailed description of my pram's issue and offered to send photos or videos of the issue for clarification. I was told absolutely it is fixable, it will take 1 hour and cost $77. I drove the pram 7 hours to Pramfix (as I live regionally with no closer option) only to be told he doesn't have the parts in stock. I drove home without the pram and was told weeks and weeks later after a lot of emails back and forth that he cannot even source that part and isn't able to fix it. I then had to pay transport to pick it up and get it home so I could take it somewhere else. Didgraceful customer service. Blatant lies in the first correspondence apparently as it was never going to take 1 hour to fix while I was in the Caringbah area. This Pete" cost me a LOT of time and a LOT of money. He simply should have said in the first email that he isn't sure it's fixable and does not have that part available. Would rate him 0 stars if I could!"

Great service. The guy fixed our Reds Baby pram, which I didn't believe could be repaired, in 10 minutes while we waited and then didn't charge us a thing. Thank you so much. Will know where to come if we ever need repairs again!!

Peter is a kind legend who will literally stand up inside your car on top of your child’s seat to ensure it is snuggly fitted. Many times our other kids have accidentally unbuckled and played with the seats and Peter was happy to fix them again for no cost . We will be back.

We have been to Pete on several occasions during car upgrades, changes & holiday car rentals for installation of our baby car seats and he is amazing!!! He will help guide you on how to use the seats/capsules if unaware & always puts safety first. Thank you for everything Pete & we will see you again in a few months :)

Our car seat jammed and had an issue extending its strap as our baby had grown. I knew the issue was simple and easy, and Peter from pram fix sorted it within 2 minutes. He also showed me some hints and tricks on keeping baby safe in car seat and didn’t ask for a cent for his time.I can’t recommend him enough! I feel like going and dropping some beer or wine to him to say a huge thanks!He’s the best for anything pram or car seat!

Went on a Thursday with a broken Bugaboo Fox (lever broke off and couldn’t open or close) and was told plainly what was wrong and the cost. Ready by Saturday good as (if not better than) new! Made a small tweak to wheels as well (which has made a big difference in ease of use) which just shows a level of care for job done properly.Brilliantly dry sense of humour too!
