Went to the shop to buy a bag for myself and the salesperson Alex was such a great person not only helped me to choose but also boxed the bag I bought without asking. He made me feel soo special. That’s what is called extraordinary customer service.

The store salespersons were worst i have seen in my entire life. She did not have any interest in selling the bags. Worst customer service at the store.

Very bad experience. They lack respect for customer. I heard the lady jaanaa whisper to another worker that the bag is out of my budget. Did not expect this service from such a reputable store. Not interested to sell bag at all just gossip. Heard same from my friend and she avoids the store when this lady working. Rude customer service

To Michael Kors Australia.......I am the most disappointed extremely disillusioned customer of Michae Kors having invested $120 in a Leather Jacket and just after a year the leather deteriorated drastically to the point where it was disgusting to the eye and nose after only wearing the Jacket only a few times. I have returned the Jacket today by post back to Michael Kors and will not be recommending any family , friends, business clients and associates nor our 50,000 strong social media followers of our Photography Business globally to any Michael Kors stores ever in the future and advise to avoid this brand like Covid -19 and other major health threatening viruses.We will never again purchase a Michael Kors product of any descriptions not matter the cost. Michael Kors and his staff could not give a Rats _ _ _and told me to take the matter elsewhere as I was not worth the effort to assist any further with my enquiries. How on Earth does this unscrupulous company survive in Australia as they have disgusting third world products and staff that could not care less and tell you to take a hike. We have purchase many Micheal Kors products and will certainly not be buying anymore. This handbag has only been used occasionally and has a lot of issues due to poor quality materials.
