Waited 45 mins for my appointment (previous was 25min!) and not even an apology. Doctor has zero ‘bedside’ manner and receptionist should have told us all about the delays. Even an automated sms to patients when waiting times exceed 30min. To be 45min late by 9.30 is just poor.2 visits, 2 negative experiences. Definitely can do better.

Refreshingly lovely reception and doctor was professional after leaving doctors practices that have impolite and rude reception. It was good to be treated like a person and staff did everything they can to assist your needs please keep it professionally is a must when your unwell and understanding from staff. Had a good experience.

This is the Worst practice in Taree. Whilst the Doctors do a good job the office Manager Emma is beyond rude and unhelpful. Do not expect any help if you need it.

Always a fantastic and professional experience with all GP’s and reception staff. I was very unwell when calling this morning, and lovely Chris told me to come in and they would fit me in when possible. Dr Patel was wonderful, despite having a very busy morning. Thank you again MVMP.

The reception staff were great and friendly.It was over 1 hour wait time to see the doctor , and I was rushed out within 5 minutes. The doctor did not apologize for the long wait , did not ask about my medical history and did not seem to care about my issue. I was throughly disappointed and will be finding a different doctor . The reception staff were apologetic about the wait. So great reception staff , just the doctor did not seem to care and just wanted to rush me out the door.

I never had a good experience in this particular medical centre. It suffers from having nice and good staff and management, very rude and uneducated demanding staff. And Dr, Bharti Patel is not after solving your problem all she wants is trying to find a way to take you there by setting up unnecessary appointments to get more money not recommended at all.

Reception staff are awesome. My Dr I see is great very thorough. Never have to wait very long. A couple of Drs here are good some others not so good. No complaints really.

Very poor health care, I do not recommend. Firstly, Doctor did not practice hand hygiene before/after examining me. When I told them what symptoms I had experienced, they would not acknowlege them. They also advised me to keep taking medicine that is giving me hives rather than prescribing me with another medication. After refusing to treat infection symptoms, I now have cellulits. The Doctor was rude, unprofessional and treated the receptionist disrespectfully, spoke down to her in my presence and slammed the door. Proceeded to tell me the next patient was sicker than I am & couldn't push me out the door fast enough.
