Please do not buy from this store. They were scam. We bought lots of mattress. More than 100 mattress from this shop. At least they will pretend friendly, easy communication. Everything was good. When after they got the money. If you want your product buy it only for few months and no warranty. Please buy from here. They did not care what warranty or guarantee they provide.And never pick up the phone from you. Very very disappointed. They knew that their products had quality assurance issues. Therefore they ignored you. We lost lots of lots of money from this shop. Please do not buy from them. We will contact consumer affairs for their practice. They used very cheap quality right now. Not good at all. It is only one owner from the shop. No other staff as well. They bought all cheap material from china and Assembled in Melbourne. And said Australia made. Great service. Great bed. Upgraded the mattress for free. So can't argue with that. Definitely but next mattress from them again. Bonus was they took the old mattress
