Andrew is a great vet - he does yearly check-ups of our spoodle.

We used to take our dog here every year since he was a puppy. However after last year teeth cleaning surgery we decided to stop coming. The old vet, I think his name was Andrew was lovely and kind. I believe he may have retired 2 years ago now because back in Febuary 2019 we came in had someone different who just isn't kind to our dog who was obviously scared. She was just too rough and barely made an effort to try and be calm and kind to him. Her assistance was nice but the main veterinary had no patience. My dog was laying on the floor refusing to move or hiding behind me. She tried to just grab him and he growled. After we left we could hear him cry barking and essentially screaming from outside of the vet as we were getting in the car. It broke my heart as he had never been like this before.I was in tears about the whole thing. They also said they would give us a update halfway through if he needed teeth taken out. They never called us when they said they would so we got worried somethinh bad happend and called them. After that we have now been with Asquith and so far all good. My dog doesn't act too scared now and the staff take things slowly and are calm with him and introduce themselves to him, not just grab him.

I usually take my dog to the Asquith clinic, but visited here as a one off. Same great level of care.
