Insurance repairs on a work fleet are not normally something to complain about.But.....The reception girls were shocking. More interested in their day to day chores than responding to customers.... No smiles here, all blank stares and uncomfortable niceties ...Mr miyagi who viewed our vehicles was friendly enough, but had no clue.8 month old SR5 Hilux came back with some old Toyota spot lights screwed in to my new $2.5k ARB bar with roofing screws.11 month old SR hilux came back missing rear mudflaps and a poorly repaired front bumper, with obvious damage that had simply been painted over, despite their quote including a new one.Plenty of better repairers out there.

Terrible experience, main contact was hopeless, never once did he tell me correct information, tried to get me to pay cash without an invoice. The reception staff couldn't care less about my vehicle, very rude. Job not done correctly, damaged my headlights and covered windscreen in overspray. Going to stay well away from this place in the future.

I had a car crash on 09/06, the insurer sent my car to summit collision on 10/06( Friday). I was a bit nervous from the negative feedback initially. But I found the customer service from the repairer was really good. The staff Kyle explained me everything on the phone very patiently. My car was quoted on 13/06, and the report was sent out to my insurer on 14/06. During the waiting period, Kyle kept contacting me to inform any progress. I am very happy to deal with this repairer.
