Zero stars if possible. My landline was changed to a fixed term contract even when I expressly declined. Have to wait on hold for more than 1 hour to sort issues out, emailed requests take weeks for reply. The company has refused to let me leave the contract. There is fee for every option! See my photo.My phone service was interrupted due to their technical fault, I was still charged for 2 weeks while they sorted this out and charged me a fee for every redirected incoming phone call.Then they have the guts to call me to ensure I am satisfied with my service every month, which I tell them I am waiting for my contract to expire and then I am changing. Another service centre calls monthly to upsell me to an ‘free unlimited’ internet plan, where I change to new more expensive monthly plan and I get ‘free’ internet.

Good in the beginning for installation plan with this company. No recommend poor internet ask for $69 plan but bill come $110 - 120 all the time. Hard to cancellation as well in the end try to rip off before cancel. Bad service.

Transferred to 4 different departments and everyone says you transferred to wrong department , call lasted for more than a hour. Worst customer service received in any organisation. Ridiculous

We had shocking bad service. after changed to this company, price was keep rising up during the contract… 60 become 90. and internet speed was very slow… difficult to watch even youtube… we record the intranet speed and reported to office. But, they told us to buy extension wifi router and of course intranet speed never get better. They said my house is problem and refused I stop contract and trying to charge penalty fees even didn't given us minimum services. It was very tough time. Took long time to cancelled the contract.

By the far the worst company I've ever had dealings with. I'm trying to sort out a change of ownership for an account and every time I've called I've been told a different story and run around in circles. Not to mention having to hold the line for customer service for upwards of 50 minutes before I can even talk to someone. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Disaster! From last night 2nd July 5.30pm , our customers told us that our phone not working, the nbn suddenly has been cut off. We call numerous times and left messages, no one call back.Please call back to fix the problem! You had been increased the charges from $74 to $89 without notify us! Please cal back! Please call back!

Were helpful and problem solved. They called me back when I accidentally pushed the wrong phone input. Should have a proper call back service as they are a comms company like others now have installed."
