Took my moblie phone in for a warranty repair, 1 week later these clowns, have managed to loose my phone. It needed to be transported 3 kms to a samsung repair facility. Management clown show. Reprt it to customer complaints thats another clown show. If you want to see a circus come here its free!. Complete disaster never again

I bought an ex-display all-in-one computer yesterday, all went well till the staff help load it to the boot of my car standing straight up with the monitor facing out, I wonder for a second and he said: the pc is very heavy it will be fine and will not even wobble." I took his word for it and thought he should have done this many times and trusted him

I wanted to buy some office goods such as file cabinet and other things, Anthony one of the staff was really helpful annd very friendly. He helped me to choose the suitable one for my needs.The staff on the floor in general are very friendly and know how to please their customers.

This store contains large variety of schooling items and office stationery (even chairs and desks). The variety is absolutely huge you name it and they have it. From school backpacks, laptops, TVs and printers and etc. If you need to print anything they have print studio as well.

I went to print some documents but now you can only print through self serve. I have already lost 2 cards but they asked me to buy one again to print documents. It’s annoying that you want prints and they can’t serve you. It’s not like we are not paying for the items. It’s more like they want to hold onto money of their customers and if you loose cards good luck the money is theirs. May be they should keep both the options available for customers. After all it’s about customers satisfaction.

I was at Officeworks last Sunday, and the staff were very helpful, even from the moment I came in. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly staff member, Mansi that immediately directed me to the aisle that had the stuff that I needed. It was a very pleasant experience.

The self serving system for printing is compulsory now, but it is just worst. It is inefficient, the interface is slow. It has too many steeps and still manages to have not enough customisation…
