Incredible system when it works but it's spent too much time not working. We have had multiple issues with the thermostats. Two have needed replacement. Three others have had issues and we only have six. You could call it bad luck and I can accept that and our installer has done all that he can to help. However, the customer service from the airsmart team has been lacking. At one point there was a rep in Queensland and things were much better. That person has left apparently and with continued issues I've felt very fobbed off. In for a year the full system has spent almost more time not fully working than it has fully working but most pertinent is that it has let us down a significant majority of the time when it was needed. It doesn't matter if it works when you don't need heating or cooling. However, when you got to use it and an error pops up and this is happening for 20th time in the year you've had it then it's just not satisfactory. I can absolutely understand the bad luck of us having this experience from an equipment point of view. My issue is with the poor customer service that's come after we've reported it.
