A sticky" situation...I had a brazilian wax and the beauty therapist left wax and missed hairs on the area. I was not provided cream after the service and my underwear was pinching me when I walked from the wax being stuck to it. I returned shortly after and was greeted by another beauty therapist

I couldn't be happier with all of the treatments I have received at Brow Syndicate. The first visit I had was a brow shape & tint with Sarah, she was amazing! I already had my appointment booked before I'd left the building. I felt so comfortable & welcomed here I decided to do a skin consultation, after suffering teen to now adult acne & scarring it was a big thing for me to let someone look closely at my skin! I was met by Jodie who was welcoming, easy to get along with and knew so, so much about skin. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, I now follow her suggestions daily! (and have also fully converted to O cosmetics) I've also had Jodie for a few brow shape & henna, microdermabrasion, and facials. She's fantastic! Also, their tan, any special event I've had I have gone to Karla for a signature syndicate tan, and once again, after having two babes to strip down to my bare minimums in front of someone can be confronting, but Karla is 100% professional, funny and does such a great job. Their decor is stunning(spesh the pink velvet couch) , their candles smell delicious, and they've given me so much more confidence in my own skin (and general knowledge.) Sarah & the girls have nailed what they do! & obviously it's my go to place for any beauty needs, seriously any... they do everything.

Sarah has been doing my brows for years, she loves what she does and she is best of the best!! Keeps my unruly brows looking fab, I always receive compliments from her amazing work.

Home salon is beautiful with easy parking, access and covid safe. Treatment perfect, as always, with brows looking great and tinted to perfection. Such a relaxing treat to visit!

Friendly staff. Felt quite welcomed. I didn’t rate the colour choice for henna brows..therapist did try to convince me to try tint first as henna is quite a full on colour however regardless it was the wrong colour choice. My eyebrows look black and I’m a light dirty blonde so I feel a lighter colour should have been chosen in the henna range. They are so dark that people have commented on them and I’ve been trying to exfoliate them off ever since I got them.Did go back to try and fix, which they were very welcoming about so did all they could to help but once a colour is on there is very little you can do! Very professional approach to trying to assist so that is appreciated.Shape was great though, happy with that and my eyebrows aren’t easy.

The best. Not only was my treatment gentle on the eyes and professionally done, the girls also played with my 10 month old and rocked her to sleep. Will definitely be returning am so impressed!

Sarah is the absolute best. When I initially booked in 3 years ago, my brows were basically non existent and these days they are full and thick! She is an experienced professional and I can't recommend her more highly.
