Simone Fox has been my holiday rental manager extraordinaire for many years. In that time she has been a great ambassador for Judith Wright O’Brien real-estate. She has provided me with extremely professional advice and positive suggestions to improve my customer base. Always contactable and reliable. She has provided advice on improvements to my property from the plants in the garden to electrical appliances, decor and bedding. I own several properties on Phillip Island and suburbs across Melbourne and Brisbane. Of all the agents involved, Judith Wright O,Brien Real Estate are the best that I deal with. This level of customer care and attention to detail is what sets Judith Wright O’Brien real state apart from the rest. I recommend them at every opportunity.

Karolina and her team Laura and April have been amazing in helping us rent out our much loved holiday house. They were so helpful in explaining and answering any of my questions. They were also very friendly and professional in all their transactions. I have no hesitations in recommending their services!

I am not impressed. This business is great at ticking boxes but has nothing in terms of advice and support. They have been my agents for a few years and as long as the property is rented they are fine, but not great. Through the leasing process, Apart from automated emails, I get nothing else. No advice, no nothing.

Greg Davis and the team from O’Brien Cowes did a wonderful job for us. Very professional, courteous, approachable and patient. There were prospective purchasers lined up very quickly and, after a little to and fro, the property was sold for an exceptionally good price, given the market climate at the time.

I was going to let this go and not worry about it any further but after reading the response by Judith Wright I feel compelled to clear up a couple of facts.Just because you have a property professionally cleaned it does not mean that the people that cleaned it did a good job but the O'Brien team would not know that because they did not take the time to actually check if the complainant was true by visiting the property after the complaint was made.This review was written and posted on the 05/01/2023 and the damage caused by the dog to the back door occurred on the08 /01/2023. Judith was implying that we only complained about the cleanliness after the dog damaged the back door which is not true. In my opinion she is showing a massive lack of integrity by playing this game and I am sure that if she got her dates mixed up she can clear this up by talking to her staff.Further more my daughter has been dealing with Kaitlin Foote with regards to the door situation and we do not have any complaints at the way this was handled if anything I must compliment Kaitlin for her service and manners she showed in the discussions with my daughter Sarah.A solution was found and agreed to in the end and we do understand that the agents are only representing the owners who did not care about the fact that the back door was actually rotten and that is why a 6 kg Miniature Schnauzer was able to put his paw through the door.And just for the record the person at reception that was abrupt was Kathleen Dorset, may I suggest she spends a bit of time with Kaitlin and learn how to engage with customers.I am sure that Obrien Real Estate in Cowes is a great business and you obviously are very successful but sometimes things go wrong and that is when the opportunity presents itself to impress customers by the way situations are handled.Kind Regards,Joe PaviaWe rented a property through Stayz, 18 Caroline Ave, Cowes for a week @ $3800. The location was brilliant, the design of the house is great but the level of cleanliness was disgusting. We rang the agent (O’Brien) and informed them of the issue and they said that they will inform the appropriate people and will get back to us. This never happened so we popped into O’Brien Real Estate at Cowes and raised the issue again with the receptionist who again informed us that it will be brought to the attention of the owner.My complaint basically is that the place is dirty and we are here for the week and we have cleaned it as best we could but we are looking through filthy windows, a kitchen that is very sticky with dirty crockery, utensils and bare minimum equipment to function for the week. The whole house is dusty and full of hair and does not feel like it was cleaned between tenants. The only half clean areas are the bathrooms as long as you do not look too close to the corners.The attitude of the receptionist at O’Brien’s office was not very welcoming if anything it was quite abrupt and no solution was offered to the issue which makes me wonder how there are so many positive reviews on this website.We are disappointed after paying that kind of money for a week, the least we expected was for it to be clean and when we complained no solution was offered.

Laura Lake is an exceptional Property Manager. I would highly recommend her services to anyway looking for a competent Property Manager.

Her professional character and integrity has gone over and above not only to us, but our tenants as well.She has been a pleasure to work with and hear from. Selling a house is never easy but I was lucky enough to have Jenni Kent from O'Brien Real Estate guide and support me through the whole process. She was highly professional, patient and understanding and I cannot recommend her and the team more highly.
