I booked in due to an injury and some chronic issues which were relieved through a perfect mixture of remedial massage, cupping & dry needling (optional). Had the most amazing pregnancy massage and facial with Janet. I can honestly say she did the best job and I will definitely be booking regular treatments. She was able to target and release tension areas perfectly while giving an amazingly relaxing experience which is just what I needed. The facial was the best of anywhere I’ve ever been and my skin was so soft afterwards. Products smell gorgeous and are all natural making the experience even better. Janet really knows her stuff, and I highlt recommend her and Beachside Wellness.

Best massage on the Sunshine Coast! In fact, best massage I've ever had. I've had ongoing lower back pain for a while now and Janet has been incredible at relieving the pain. Easy to get to in Maroochydore, heaps of parking, and a lovely warm welcome from Janet and her dog Betty. Highly recommend!
