Great place to go and get all the treats that you need, along with them special products that you want for cooking.With covid their stocks are slightly lower than normal, but still a great range and awesome products.Highly recommend your visit during your hunter valley stay.

No longer the experience it was ten years ago. Lots of imported products, 'Australian-made' chocolates made from all imported ingredients which do not justify the high price or foreign products packed in Australia. Staff members did not seem too excited seeing the people that pay their wages. Not returning!

They have all the chocolates you can imagine! This is a great little shop to make a pit stop when in Hunter Valley as it has anything chocolate you can imagine. If you want you can also spend a little time watching the Chocolatier create the delicious treats. Don't forget to check out the fudge stand in the corner where there some crazy flavours to try!

Love this place, it is huge, i walked away with a bag full of chocolates and fudge and nuts. We got a small freebie box of chocolates. They have a window where you can actually watch chocolate and sweets being made. There are tables outside to sit at and a little coffee shop inside. Plenty of parking. I would definitely go back here

Well I really enjoyed the chocolate and I also enjoyed the stuff the way that look after you and tell you about the products I hope you enjoy the chocolate as much as I did and it's nice to have some in between ones from mwh

Beautiful customer service! They lovely ladies were so helpful and more than happy to make us a Vienna coffee and the worlds best Babycino. :)

As a cafe, the place is overpriced. One profiterole and a small piece of carrot cake were $6.50 each. Large tea in a takeaway cup with a teabag, was $6.50 too. The staff was friendly, though, and they were open after 3 pm when other cafes were already closed.

We had a very brief stop-over at the Hunter Valley Chocolate Factory where we were given a small cup of chocolate samples. There wasn't any explanation and we were quickly shuffled away into the store. The store is quite impressive with the range of different chocolates, including a jelly bean wall. You can also indulge in some truffles while watching the masters in the back at work making chocolate fudge. Make sure to bring your credit cards because everything is well overpriced, and half the items are available for purchase around Sydney. Perhaps stick with the truffle and fudge, so you can taste the handmade goodies of the Hunter!

Could have given this place a miss while in Hunter Valley.We wanted to have some coffee in the morning and it was very underwhelming. It is probably best to go to a proper cafe instead for your coffee.
