BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Darwin

Great customer service when we had issues with a product purchased at another BCF store and also had to deal with the product manufacturer. Sharon was great in helping to resolve the issue.Also great fishing advice as we were new to town. Highly recommend.

Sick of buying one thing then getting spammed with emails. I took a survey and expressed my dislike of getting spammed by emails. In the survey there is a question that asks, 'Do you want to hear from a store representitive' of which I answered NO. After replying No, I still received a phone call to which the representitive said that they'd remove me from the emailing list. 10 minutes after the phone call, I received another marketing email from BCF making me think the call was not genuine.I'll keep giving bad reviews for every store that I get bombarded with emails until companies realize I dont want to be pestered with emails. I know how to use a phone and look stuff up myself. Leave Me Alone I bought one thing!The worst thing is, ia that I was actually going to leave a good review from the help that I received whilst in the store, but these emails have tarnished my view.

Went to this store to buy a compressor and other equipment and Wayne asked if we would like some help. He was outstanding and went out of his way to help us. His knowledge, experience and friendliness will not be forgotten.

Poor Service and Customer Service.I drove up all the way from Darwin city to the store based in Milner, I had two gas bottles that I needed a refill for. I walked up to this lady Sharon who was at the till serving perhaps the only customer in the store and then got advised that I cant get a refill because its late ? (6.30pm) The store is open till 7pm, I even rang the store at 12pm to confirm that the store will be open till 7pm and wasn't advised that they don't service gas bottles at 6.30pm. She just seemed uninterested in the refill as it was end of day ? It's a shame as I had to take 2 bottles to the till and then take them back just because someone wasn't keen in doing their job. Very disappointed. (one of your regular customers/members)

Absolutely terrible service…….I called & had an item put behind the counter for pick-up, after driving a long way they did not have the item in stock anyway & tried to sell me more expensive items…..Very deceptive business practice…….

Bad Business…..Constantly advertises product online when it is NOT in stock and then try to sell you more expensive products…won’t be giving them my hard earned money…

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at BCF Darwin branch. The manager refused to assist me with a warranty claim for a broken fishing rod, displaying a dismissive attitude. In contrast, a competitor's store, Anaconda, promptly helped me with a replacement. It is concerning to see such a disparity in service within the same chain. The Palmerston BCF branch, on the other hand, consistently provides excellent service. I urge BCF to address the service issues at the Darwin branch and ensure consistent customer support.
