I’m sure the store is great when you walk in to buy a new vacuum or carpet cleaner. This is what I did a couple of years ago and at the time the service was good. However after service experience is not good. My carpet cleaner snapped a drive belt which you would think is a very easy thing to order. Apparently not wrong belt ordered and still waiting for the new one to turn up. Called the store today to be told they can’t get one and they don’t know when they will!Hoover carpet clean only two years old. Very poor service from both store and manufacturer.

Bought vacuum cleaner from Godfrey’s at Lake Haven. Have always received excellent after service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Johnny especially gives great service.

Very perplexed about this stores refund policy. Had a faulty carpet cleaner that we purchased for $229, took it back and purchased a much better rated one and was then told by the sales guy that he would only refund the other machine for $199 because that is the price that model is now... Am I missing something here? I’ve never encountered this, refunding an item and only getting back what the current lesser sales price for the item is... That would be like returning an item to Coles or Woolies only to get the current lesser sales price of that item back because it’s on special. So utterly confused!

We had endless problems with our vacuum cleaner which the manufacturer refused to rectify properly, however the staff at Godfrey's Lake Haven worked with us tirelessly to get this resolved. The effort that Jono and Narel put in to help us was brilliant, it has been 2 months since the issues and all is well.I'll never buy a vacuum cleaner from anyone else.

Great service!! I called up to enquire about a vaccum during covid lockdown. The store manager could answer my questions over the phone. To save me the drive to pick up this machine the manager delivered it to my house the same day

I went in this afternoon to the Lake haven store. The male had no idea what item I needed even though I provided him the make and when we brought the item. He became very arrogant about what I was asking for and when I stated I was going to complain about his service he stated... I would like to see you try. We have brought all our vacuums from this shop and after today I will be looking elsewhere like the Good Guys. Where has the customer service gone.
