Repco Busselton

Very pleased with the Service had it in for a quick inspection and the guys have done very thorough check and were absolutely helpful with any questions would highly recommend.

Very rude girl put me on hold and forgot about me. I had to hang up and call Supercheap.

Today I went to Repco in Busselton to buy some wiper blades. And silly me couldn't fit them. I had to return to the store and the polite and friendly staff fitted them for me free of charge.The staff their are a credit to the store and gave me first class service.I will return in future. Great service for any part I needed and quick, friendly service!

Called up at 8:05am to ask about a product availability and price, sounded like the woman who answered the phone had just crawled out of bed in a grumpy mood and couldn’t give a stuff about work today, and in an inconvenienced tone of voice she said she would have to call me back and wouldn’t help with my enquires. I said it’s fine thanks for your help anyway and asked who the manager in the store was. She was very reluctant to give me the managers details at this point and said she can get him to call me back. How do rude people like this hold a job down? Good customer service is hard to find some days. Cheers for your help Jo! I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Usually come in when I’m in need of a part without being able to provide a VIN, Rego plate or similar and try to rely on the experience and engineering mind of the sales person. I basically know the part is in stock used in a certain car. Mostly get stubbornness and no thinking out of the box. UNTIL I met this new employee, big bearded gentleman in his 30s, whenever I need something he’s able to look it up and get it out of the storage area. With his calmness and genuine interest he’s able to think outside the box and make repco great again. His knowledge is worth every penny as I’ll come ever again!! I’m amazed!

I needed a few spare parts for my old Rodeo and the guy behind the counter went out of his way to find the right ones. Installed them and the old is running sweet again. Thanks guys.

Didn't have what we wanted in stock but ordered it and called us up 2 days later with it ready to go. Well priced place and very helpful staff.

Kyle, Tim and Vanessa are all very helpful and even though I work for another local auto parts store they always help out myself and my customers when we do not have the parts we need urgently which they usually keep in stock

Very good. Didn't have what I was looking for but showed me a very similar product at 3/4 of the price. great staff.
