Staff not willing to communicate with me, I had my note 20 ultra 5g repaired for $500 and staff have refused to confirm they have used genuine Samsung parts as Samsung will now not touch it, the new chassis fitted didn't match the original colour as requested & staff refused to hand over the original chassis.

The staff was very stupid and said that a 40mm Apple Watch screen protector will work on my 41mm Apple Watch. The boss was okay but the employes were very incompetent and made my Apple Watch screen glitching and didn’t even put the screen protector on properly. There was even glue around my Apple Watch. Don’t recommend unless your going there to get a case. The screen protector was 80 dollars and took them 4 hours to put it on.

Staffs are very friendly and they gave me excellent advice and quick solution regarding my issues. I was very satisfied with their high-quality products at a reasonable price as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends as I trust them so much.

I went to Phone Mania at the Myer Centre on Rundle Mall to see if they could install a screen protector that I purchased elsewhere for my new Samsung Smart Watch 3. Anna was exceptionally good with her customer service. She was confident, attentive, understanding, she displayed a thorough knowledge of Phone Mania's products and services and had a pleasant personality. To top it off, she also offered to stick my screen protector free of charge. She was an amazing young lady and so deserving of this testimonial. I had my iPhone repaired for under $200 with promotion they offered. It was a same day service. The staff was very helpful and professional. Great and fast! i didn't have to wait for long. She was very friendly with great service. definitely will go there again.

I was sold a “premium glass screen protector” for $60 which turns out was plastic and didn’t last me 2 weeks before developing many scratches. I was also told it came with a free replacement to be redeemed online however the website did not allow redemption via my receipt.I came here several times over the years and had good experiences however this recent one is enough for me to never recommend them.

Brilliant service! Cannot fault them, as they were so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Helped me out with a screen protector, saving my sanity in the process!
