Very clean, professional and friendly service. After having teeth whitening done before with Phillips Zoom, I was worried about my visit and the pain I had with Phillips Zoom was unbearable. After my fears were allayed, I have to say that the procedure at SoM was painless and the after effects were minor and bearable. I will definately be back in a year or so for a refresh on my whitening!

Waste of money, as I had no results at all.The whitening procedure did not make my teeth any whiter. Not even 1 shade whiter. Very disappointing.Also, the hygienist left me unattended for the entire procedure; Of course, that small talk to a receptionist was more important than watching a patient.Visited on 17/02/2020.p.s. I had amazing whitening results when visited a proper dental clinic. IMHO Smiles of Melbourne is definitely NOT a good place for teeth whitening.

Smiles of Melbourne are very professional and so friendly, from the moment they call before your appointment, to when you leave after your appointment.I felt very comfortable while I was there, the dentist and receptionist are always making sure you are ok while having the procedure done.I am very happy with my results, my teeth are a lot whiter and I feel so much more confident now.Would definitely recommend SOM to everyone.Thanks guys ♥️

I need to confess that I was lit bit scared at first because I have very very sensitive teeth, even a smile when it’s cold outside will hurt! But I had an incredible experience, didn’t feel any pain at all! They use some products to cover your gums and it’s actually very comfortable. Amazing customer service, couldn’t recommend highly enough!

They are amazing. Staff is so kind and welcoming and the dentist made me feel completely comfortable. Results are great. Was worried about a bit of patching straight after the treatment but 24 hours later and everything looks blended and whiter.

Great service from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was lovely and very accommodating. The dentist was great at explaining everything and I felt very comfortable during the whole process. I noticed the difference in my teeth as soon as I got out of the chair. Thank you so much for my new smile SOM!
