Cop this. $54 for 2 meat pies no bigger than a large scone on a bed of 4 table spoons of Deb mash, about 16 peas and we had to ask for some tomato sauce.This is the 2nd worst value for money place in Sydney.Other meals are overpriced and masked with heaps of potato chips.There are plenty of other places in the area to choose.

Really nice view and sunterrace, also a really nice quantity of quality wines,beer and lacquer. The food tastes pretty good and the size is okay. When we where there it was really crowded but it still didn't take very long. In my opinion the food quality tastewise is a litle to low for the price. I would still go there again.

Nothing more than the view , and the atmosphere! Anything else is poor. Service not existing, food very poor and overpriced and have a bit of smell because of the carpets.

Two stars for view only. Salad was drowned and sloppy in dressing. Tomato was rotten, both visibly and smell. Chicken on burger was so thin, tough and dry it was a chore to chew. The schnitzel was sub par but premium price. Apparently there’s no pepper gravy any more because the venue is now focused on seafood. I hope the seafood is better than the dishes we had. So many other restaurants in Cronulla serving quality dishes.

The location and sea views are worth the visit. The espresso martinis are particularly good but food wasn't particularly memorable. I had the seafood linguine which for the price I would of expected fresh pasta, the sauce unfortunately overpowered the fresh seafood in the dish.

The best thing about the Watergrill is the great view of Cronulla Beach & onto Boat Harbour. A million dollar view but the food falls well short.The way that it currently operates it should not be calling itself a restaurant as it is really nothing more than a club bistro. At a proper restaurant you do not need to go to the cash register to order & pay for your meal up front & get given a buzzer to let you know your meal is ready. After doing this you then need to go & line up at the bar to get your own drinks.There is absolutely no table service at all for either food or drinks. So it makes me laugh when other reviewers say how great the service is because there isn't any, you need to serve yourself.The food quality is very average at best & is certainly nowhere near restaurant quality in taste or presentation although the prices are way above bistro pricing but they do give members a 15% discount. It seems to cater for the Pasta or Chicken Schnitty & chip crowd who love big servings with a heap of mixed salad leaves thrown onto the plate.Just look at the photo of my expensive steak which looks like everyting has just been slopped onto the plate, including the broccoli, some of which, is all brown around the edges. You can also see the big pile of rough & uninspiring salad that came with my lady's supposedly quality John Dory fish as well. Plating & presentation skills were very bad & very short of restaurant quality.It is such a shame that the standard is so low as being a Club member I really want to like this restaurant" but sadly it has disappointed me at the few visits & chances I have given it.The Club could do so much more with this "restaurant" by lifting the food standard & providing normal restaurant table service & opening a bistro elsewhere in the Club.The fact that Club Management no longer responds to any reviews on here or Trip Advisor says a lot when their customers have gone to the trouble of providing what should be valuable feedback. No reply from Management really gives

Good ocean view if you manage to get a window seat. It’s a Bistro. It was a 10min line up to order. There should be two people taking orders when it is busy. Food isn’t too bad. Very noisy. Unfortunately parking to get to the RSL is difficult so drop off anyone who can’t walk long distance at the front door

What better way to have lunch than watching the surfers at the point. Best table in the house. We had the special which was fine, however, for a club we found it was overpriced. Drinks were good value.

Welcome to club with push/ pull entry doors that were a COVID germ trap on the handles.Club views are very good.Trying to Buy a beer and you have to avoid the foot traffic called to pick up their chips and food at the kitchen and edging through a constant queue of 10 - 15 at the bar waiting to be served.Buy a meal. $66 for a burger and fish and chips. Fish was very smelly but we didn’t get sick. Burger Pattie over cooked and hard to bite, again worried about the freshness. Two slices of lettuce and a slice of tomato with deep fried onion rings very hard to bite that could have passed as rubber pipe gaskets.We didn’t get sick.Enjoyed the view.
