Very professional, clean space. So friendly and welcoming, even at 7am in the morning! :) Got my car in the next day, called me to discuss the options once they had figured out the issue, and before doing any work. I felt they were very honest, and not pushy at all. And all done very quickly. Will definitely take my car here again.

The whole team are so knowledgeable and take the time to explain what needs to be done, why, and the cost of it, so that you’re well aware of everything happening to your vehicle.When searching for my first car, Ray, John, and the team were also kind enough to check a vehicle for me and take the time out of their busy day to evaluate whether it was a good, safe and reliable car - or if it was not.I recommend them to everyone I know as they are the only place I would feel comfortable taking my car to.

John provides a level of service that you just don't see anymore. CAR has excellent customer service, explains quotes clearly and performs quality work and breaks it down so that you understand what they did. CAR has definitely made a returning customer.

Disgusting service. Didn't want to give a quote over phone regarding car service fee. Very suspicious behaviour. The mechanics would have most likely have over-changed me on the spot. The mechanic also refused to even give me a rough estimate when there's clearly nothing wrong with asking for one.
