After I placed the order I heard nothing at all from Trocket for weeks.I sent 2 separate emails asking about the status of the order and had no reply at all to either of them. I actually thought I had been scammed.I finally got a reply a few days after using the chat feature on the website and that same week the product was delivered to my letterbox even though I received no shipping notification at all. Actually the shipping notification came to me days after the product had arrived.I don't mind if something takes a few weeks to be delivered but it would have been good to know it was going to take that long when I placed the order.Also replying to just one of my emails would have been nice as well and saved me much of my concern about the order progress.

I have dealt with this company before and had great service, but I have waited a long time for a delivery of golf shoes. However, in saying this, the rep from the company did contact me each time I enquired where my order was, and yes I finally received them and I am happy. If they came from Victoria, I do understand. Very good service and communication.

The range finder I bought was very cheap and the price was too good to be true. Didn't work at all (couldn't pick up pins easily and when it did it gave a wide range of distances for a single flag). Totally useless.So I advised TRocket and they sent me an easy return system which I used. Rod then claimed there was nothing wrong with the product and asked me what I wanted to do. I said I wanted a refund and then nothing happened for 3 weeks (despite a few reminders from me).Rod finally begrudgingly processed the refund but sent me a rude note complaining about the fact that I didn't return the glove he threw in (that I didn't ask for or need).

I had absolutely no problems when purchasing my device.It was very straight forward and the delivery was quick!Would not hesitate to order again through them!

Super fast shipping and great communication.I had my order in 2 business days the wraps are really easy to put on, saves time and money over traditional regripping

I have placed 2 orders for various products, the communication was great. The products I have recieved are exactly what I ordered and expected. The first delivery was extremely timely but the second order has been very slow and disappointing

I ordered a QOD Electric Golf Buggy and the buggy is awesome. I did have a problem with the delay in delivery but that was a supplier issue that was out of the hands of TRocket and due to Covid delays in parts arriving from overseas. Rod was very apologetic and offered me a refund as he tried to get the order expedited but his hands were tied. I got eh buggy in the end and am very happy with the product but I just wish that I didn't have to follow up as much as it would take some time to respond to my requests.
