I have been going to this yoga centre for nearly 25 years. It has evolved along the way as have I, much due to my regular yoga practice! Thank you Barb, you've provided a great yoga space for so many people.

I have been attending classes at Agama for many years. It's a hidden gem in Middle Park! One room looks out on a beautiful leafy street with views of the city. Another room is perched above a theological library and is gorgeous in its own right.The centre has a warm and welcoming energy and is not at all intimidating. Delicious tea is served before every class. The teachers are incredibly well trained and I always feel safe and looked after.If you are looking for real traditional yoga that is focused on the individual attending rather than on a particular pose Agama is your studio. Couldn't recommend it more!
