I was referred to this mechanic via a mechanic friend of mine who used to sell cars and I have never felt unhappy with the quality of the service or the prices. Bought a car a week after he did a RWC, it had a bad wheel bearing, a rear wiper that didn't work, worn radiator mounts and other issues that needed to be repaired before it could be driven.If you purchase a car that he has RWC get a second opinion

Spoke to a guy, How rude he was not ever going to call this number or even use this service. 0 rating at all.

I was quoted $2200 by Frizelles to fix a broken engine mount on my wife's PT Cruiser, Paul fixed it for $220. He now services our 3 cars and several of our staff's cars. My brother in law drives down from Brisbane for servicing and repairs. Trustworthy reliable and clever are words that apply to Paul Britton.

Don’t trust the rwc done by Paul. He probably selling the fake rwc to car dealer. Just bought the used car and rwc passed by paul. But the brake and tyres are 100% not roadworthy. I need to do another rwc from other mechanic. Anyway, i have reported.

Worst mechanic service have ever had. Bought a new car with a RWC done by Paul Britten. The car was falling appart. Went back to see him in person. He said he was gonna repair everything for free. Only made me loose my time and put “new tires” with nails stucked in it, glue the exhaust back together and painted over it. I had to deal with the compliance department and Ive been told they were gonna fine him. This place is an absolute nightmare run by a truly dishonnest person. AVOID !!

Paul is a great mechanic. I have dealt with him a few times and he has always done a great job. Would definitely recommend!

AVOID ! AT ALL COSTS ! Paul Britten is Unprofessional Mechanic I Arrived to pick my car up to find it in the lot outside with both driver and passenger windows down and the keys on the driver side floor My shock turned to Anger . Paul or his mechanic were not even on the site. I waited 20 min before someone arrived. I also bought a car with a FAKE RWC with Pauls signature my car should not have been passed for a roadworthy. Paul had my car for a month fixing everything he should of in the first place . he basically put band aids on everything and says he did a great job. I let everyone on the bad service I've had with you Paul How you sleep at night I never know ! .
