We popped in and chatted to Paul, as we were thinking of buying an E-bike. He was very friendly and helpful.We went back, this time meeting Amanda and Paul and they were so helpful and again friendly. We hired two bikes for four hours. It was great fun and gave us a good idea of what we are looking for. When we got back he was only too happy to let us try other bikes as well. We would highly recommend them to anyone

Amazing professional service from Amanda today ..we signed in online, she measured us up for bikes and helmets, checked out our cycling before sending us on our merry way to the Great Southern Rail trail. The bikes were the BEST we've every used. Comfortable and powerful. They included a phone bag attachment and bake rack behind for a small bag. Can highly recommend !!

So glad we did this! The ebikes were very easy to ride, even though I haven't been on a bike for a while. They even swapped out the bike I booked for one that suited a shorty like me, which was much appreciated. Great way to see the countryside and towns along the way. If you're not a regular cyclist, go for the half day as your butt will get sore!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. I was with a mate and the lady that work there was really nice helping him choose the right drink holder for his bike. I also asked if they had any phone mounts and the lady showed me a couple they had and I didn’t have to pay. She just said have one. Honestly, these are probably the most friendly staff I have ever seen in a shop.

Wonderful day spent with friends riding the Great Southern Rail Trail. All thanks to the Great Southern Ride Bike Shop. They were so helpful and informative. They gave us great instructions on how to ride the E bikes offering to pick us up if needed. They close up shop at 5pm and due to unforeseen circumstances I was riding back to the shop at 6.30pm. They greeted me enthusiastically offering a cold beverage. Will definitely be doing the ride again. Great part of Victoria to see and fantastic towns to visit along the way. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience cruising on the eBike from Leongatha to Fish Creek and back with a group of friends. The Great Southern Rail Trail is an enjoyable way to experience the best of the amazing scenery that is on offer. Also dropped two mountain bikes in for a service at the same time, thanks Team GSR for the quick turnaround and local knowledge.
