I have had this drink bottle for less that two months, this is the third ‘replacement lid’ that I have purchased this year from frank green.I understand that you need to be careful and take care of your belongings but considering this is a drink bottle and there has never been a significant drop or anything alike to cause this to happen, this is kind of ridiculous.I would not recommend these $60 drink bottles to anyone who would like to treat it as you would a drink bottle (one that you can put in your bag and go).Will not be buying another, nor will I be suggesting these to anyone looking for a day to day drink bottle.Also, they don’t keep your beverages cool for any long period of time like they claim on their website.

I do not recommend this water bottle. I've had it for 6 months (purchased January 2023). Put in a warranty claim in June 2023 as the paint is peeling around the lid. Was told After reviewing the damage it looks like the paint peel off the base is due to water damage. This can unfortunately occur if the base is left soaking or left in a dishwasher for prolonged periods".Well

Would avoid at all costs, I brought three bottles and one has actually rusted. the company could care less and advised user wear and tear" when all three are used the same amount each day and the other two are fine. please buy if you enjoy rusty water. bottles are scratch free and the rust is coming from inside the join at the bottom of the bottle. Am seeking help from the ombudsman now and consumer affairs."

I contacted the team to ask advice about a minor fault with my straw lid. They answered quickly and were really friendly and helpful ensuring my issue was addressed. I love my frank green bottle so glad to get replacement lid and keep using!

Not so reusable after all. Last less than a year.They advertise as a reusable water bottle that’s better for the environment. With the amount of material that goes into this product I would hope it could last more than a year. But no.I order a couple Frank green bottles a year ago. One of them has its paint start to bubble and peeling everywhere. I have emailed them and they told me it’s the natural of product and they don’t cover any cosmetic issues.A massive design fault and we are supposed to keep using the bottle and cover ourselves with paint chips at the same time?

Faulty manufacturing blamed on wear and tear of an unused item. Notified company but as it was over the 7 days they said they would not replace as per terms and conditions. I would say buyer beware and inspect your purchases immediately on receipt.

I love my Frank Green bottle!! It is such a fab investment. It keeps my water lovely & cold.I had an issue with a part of my bottle. When I contacted them they responded quickly & had the issue resolved & a new part replaced, sent over promptly. Thank you so very much. I am looking forward to getting a few more items. (Inc a treat for my dogo).

I used to always be promoting Frank Green to others due to how cold my water stayed for such a long time. I have been very disappointed with recent products and customer service though. I brought both my daughters new drink bottles, arriving approximately 6 weeks ago. Within the first 5 weeks we had 3 broken lids. Both originals AND then a replacement. My daughters have NEVER come home from school with a broken drink bottle or lid previously, none of their cheaper ones!When contacting FG it takes days to get a response. Yes they did replace the first broken lids free of charge, we were still left waiting for a response and then postage making the bottles not usable. When the 3rd lid broke only a week after receiving it I have changed to a more sturdy brand. I have requested a refund and offered to send the products back - this was denied. I sent information from the ACCC refund,replace,repair policy four days ago in direct response to the message denying my refund and surprise surprise have not heard back.I am out of pocket $120 plus postage for drink bottles that have been used for maybe 2 weeks out of 6 as the rest of the time we have been left with broken lids.No happy!

Products are fantastic!Customer Service even better!We needed to return a product from our order and the return process was very easy. I was extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful all of the employees were. We will continue to shop direct with Frank Green.

I had an extremely negative experience with both the bottle and the customer service, prompting me to give it no stars. On the day my daughter received the bottle, it was already leaking. Even worse, when she accidentally dropped it on the carpet, it ended up denting. After reaching out to the company via email, they dismissed the issue, claiming it was just normal wear and tear. Considering the high price of the bottle, it should not be prone to leaking or denting so easily. I am requesting a return of the bottle at the company's expense and a full refund. In my opinion, it would be better to opt for a Yeti bottle instead. They are known for their durability and can withstand drops on concrete without denting and they never leak. Additionally, they offer a much better value for the money, unlike this poorly made item that comes at an exorbitant price.
