Had my front windscreen damaged over the weekend due to kids throwing rocks. O'Brien quoted a two week wait for a new windscreen but Novus Glass managed to get it replaced just two days later. Staff were very friendly, easy to contact and open to answering any questions I had. Happy with the results and would definitely use Novus again in future if I ever need any work done. Thanks guys :)

Started off well as all the right questions was asked, given my car has gadgets stuck to the windscreen.Booking arranged and confirmed.I arrange with work for time off, arrange to be picked up.Arrive on time and the guy first says, my car wasn't booked in?? Gave him the name of the person who booked it in and when.Goes inside the office and then finds the booking?Then honest enough to say they haven't arranged to get a new windscreen yet"?? I asked the guy if he was joking and he said no!They get 1 star for being honest.They have wasted my time

Great price, great service , my windscreen had a large crack Novus glass have me the best price and they fitted in my home within a day of my order. The telephone staff and fitters were extremely good and polite .

Had a last minute emergency with a smashed rear windscreen with only 48 hours to fix it. Not only did they fit me in... they did a fantastic job. Efficient and friendly. Awesome team with excellent service. Would recommend them to anyone
