Josh is a legend for mine. I took my HP Pavilion 23 PC to him about 2 months back, it is my small business prime computer and I purchased it brand new 8 years ago, it has done a fine job but was so slow to boot up. I thought it was gone and I would have to shell out a big $$ amount to get a new rig, Josh stated straight away I will replace your hard drive and it will be like brand new and fast!! and it is.!!! Brilliant advice Josh and great price considering what a new rig would have cost me if I hadnt reached out for your advice mate....highly recommended everybody...

They have fixed laptops for me. They have sorted out all kinds of tech issues for me. And today, they sorted my phone and point of sale problem too. Without pre-booking, they took it on, and solved it.Josh and Harrison are total tech wizards. I've been a customer for a few years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Truly amazing service. I’m a student and was looking for a computer upgrade that I was told I needed. Found Alpha through google search, had a good chat to Josh and got a very fair quote compared to others.After finding out what I needed the upgrade for, Josh mentioned that he thought it wasn’t needed and that my computer was fine as is. He did further research himself and came back to me to let me know in fact I didn’t need the update, saving me hundreds of dollars.Honestly can’t even remember when I’ve last had such good experience with a company, especially since IT and computers in general aren’t something I know a great deal about.Highly knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. Will be recommending to everyone I know.

I took my laptop here for a clean out. My right side fan sounded like it had dust in it. I took it here. The owner offered to clean it free of charge. He used an air compressor to blow it out. My left side fan made a really loud noise while he was doing this fan. After we had turned it on, my left side fan barely spun. After that, he told me the bearings had gone in my laptop fans that were just over a year old. I used it that morning with no problems at all. After that, he invoiced me 330$ for the repairs. I couldn't believe it so I picked it up a little later and took it to another shop and they replaced my fans and redone my thermal for 100$ less. I would give a no start rating just with my review if I could. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Great service and a willingness to help. Josh is a superstar he helped secure data, migrate to a new device and resolve issues along the way. Would highly recommend.
