Mum waited for the service today at Calvary Hospital for over an hour to go to Young. The bus didn't turn up. As a result she missed out on her family outing. She is 93 years old and very disappointed.

I travelled to Canberra last week with my daughter and her two children. Would highly recommend this service - very reliable and the fare was very reasonable as well. The driver B.J was extremely cooperative and considerate.
