No long wait times on the phone, and no sense that you were being an annoying customer rushed through the conversation. Nathan, the director, knew exactly what he was talking about, as well as being warm and personable. I really felt as though I was talking to someone who cared about my difficult situation.

Nathan has helped us with VCAT-related arrangements, has been very reponsive and patient in explaining things to us along the way. You can tell he is very knowledgable in this industry and that gave us the confidence.Nathan, I hope you will help more people like us, and be the voice that we need.

Nathan is amazing and extremely  knowledgeable!! From the moment he took my first phone call the stress I was experiencing completely melted away and he took it on. He had everything under control, he applied to VCAT on my behalf and represented me in court. The overwhelming situation I found myself in became a matter that was very simply handled. His fees are extremely reasonable and he will fight for you till the end! What started as a very unpleasant and stressful experience actually became quite enjoyable when working with Nathan. Highly recommend Nathan at 4Tenants.My Husband and I contacted Nathan after we failed to reach an agreement with a previous property manager after vacating.Nathan is very knowledgeable with extensive experience in the Industry. He is very responsive and only wants the best outcomes for his clients.
