Helpful, friendly staff. After spotting the Drainline Plumbing truck over the road I rung their number and they were able to attend that day. Shane was great identifying the issue almost instantly. He offered to place the job on hold until I had rectified the blockage myself (to save me $$$) before continuing to diagnose further blockages. He even offered to lend me a shovel! Service with a smile.

Poor communication skills, can't follow instructions, poor invoicing skills(3 words about description of work completed), would not recommend based on these attributes.

Drainline Plumbing did a fantastic job on our sewer line in Ocean Grove, which was not only blocked with tree roots but misaligned. Shaun, Jake, Bobby and Case were all so knowledgeable and hardworking. They fixed all the problems, even one that was under a concrete patio, cleaned up beautifully after the job and did a really thorough job. We would highly recommend the excellent team at Drainline Plumbing.

I was very happy with the service Drainline provided. I had flooding due to a blocked drain and searched for an emergency plumber. They came out in the middle of the night and got me out of trouble.

We highly recommend Drainline Plumbing. A special thanks to Annie and Jo in the office, and plumber Case. We had a blocked sewer pipe and they sent Case around to have a look in 15 minutes. Case was able to identify and fix the issue within a short space of time and was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Had a seriously tree root blockage in the worst possible spot.. called in a drainage plumber but couldn't fix. Went to Drainline and their service and expertise was great. Shane turned up to the nightmare and after many setbacks he solved the problem. Highly recommend.
