Terrible to rent through. Unorganised, unprofessional, not efficient at all. Sent me other people's personal details multiple times out of error.. Lack of communication between themselves + tenants. Kept receiving multiple emails saying my rent was overdue every week but it never was.. (landlord and bank statements can prove this)

Dirty, damp, mouldy house with no fly screens or decent security, oven door fell off, electrics broke my appliances, health hazard...I literally had three dripping buckets going during wet weather, black mould everywhere...on top of it all they charged me $800 to clean a clean house, because I left some black mould which caused my symptoms to come back worse each time. Other than that, it was cleaner than when I moved in. Extremely disorganised staff aswell. Make sure you document and video any problems and seek legal advice from the Ombudsmen. I was a reliable, clean and honest tenant and they shafted me.
