If it doesn't have what you want it will be order in for you with in only a few days so not a problem with staff they are all friendly and try to help you with what ever you need plus they open so early so you can go there before or after work by the back entrance, everything from your garden needs to building supplies so check it out and if you live in moura you all ready know how accommodating they are

I would only consider hiring a few of the employees. Totally off the mark with prices and backup. It should be replaced with a real working store like Bunnings. Nobody likes Mitre 10 stores compared to Bunnings now.

Friendly and very helpful staff and nice place to visit. Compared to other hardware stores, their service is second to none. I drive fifty kilometres to Moura's Mitre 10 before buying from the other hardware stores in Biloela, Theodore or Rockhampton. Sadly I've found the staff in those other places, are only friendly if they know you. Unlike the Moura Mitre 10 staff who are the most friendliest highly trained professional staff I've come across.

Placing paying customers in a position of ultimatum and arrogance only results in a loss of business. I wouldn't spend 5c in the place not next week or in 300 weeks. You expect people to spend local well guess what? Not this person!
