I engaged That Website is Me to set up the website for my local history project, A Continuous Thread: the Lebanese Presence in South Brisbane, Woolloongabba and West End, as I noticed it was the website designer for the Mapping Brisbane History Website. The website that was presented has had problems from the start and several months in they still continue We reached out for help and were treated with arrogance and contempt. The developers attitude to customer service is truly disgraceful and we found him to be impossible to communicate with. Clearly we made an error in choosing this business and it has cost us a great deal in time , money and stress.

We would not recommend Ryan to do a website for an online business. From the time he began creating ours he was challenging. Once our website was launched though we had major problems, there were constant glitches on the website, customers had problems accessing product pages and purchasing our products, descriptions went missing and countless other problems occurred. Ryan even told me it was up to us to check our website for problems (we'd never heard of anything so crazy, I certainly don't have a spare few hours each day to go over our website with a fine tooth comb). It got to the point we were having major problems on a daily basis. We have no idea of how many customers we have lost but we're sure after having a bad user experience on our website, there is a lot. We have had to employ a new web designer to fix all of Ryans mistakes. We would never employ him again or recommend him to anyone, he's not only cost us a lot of money, he's caused us major stress and the reputation of our online business.
