Asked for medium length coffin nails, got very short almost triangle shaped nails. They took an hour and a half and charged me $55 as well as filing so much they filed into my skin and didn’t listen when I told her to stop filing certain nails because they were already too narrow. Will definitely not go back.

I came to Pampa Nails to get a pedicure on a Monday afternoon. The nail lady was working by herself, but she was very efficient on her own. I came at a good time with only one customer before me. The pedicure included the massage chair, foot bath, nail trim and filing, foot wash and moisturising, and the nail polish application. Even though she was working on her own, she didn't rush, but provided a quality experience. Thank you very much for the great service at a reasonable price!

I always love going to Pampa Nails. Both the ladies are great. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good nail salon at an affordable price.

Had my nails dipped in acetone, then waited 40 minutes for them to start applying sns. The acetone must be cheap because my eyeballs nearly dripped out and the skin on my fingers was shiny and tight. The actual application and shape was quite good and the price was reasonable $40. For the sake of an extra $5 and the health of your nails I would go elsewhere.

I came today to do SNS, the old lady cut the skin until it bleeds and swollen on my 2 fingers!! She didn't even say sorry, and even said it is just like being cut with a knife" What the hell?!! Be carefull these people's culture is so shocking! They value your Money but not your well-being (happiness)"

Please sent ur staff for English training,one of the ‘new’ staff seem like can’t understand what customer has request,won’t necessary act so arrogant lady..I pay for ur service not for you anger!

I went to get my hair and manicure done. It was the WORST service ever. There was only one person in the shop. I asked for caramel hair colour and she did jet black and charged me $150 for that. She didn't even clean the dye off my face and I had black dye on my forehead. She washed my hair and did not blow dry,she gave me the hair dryer asking me to do it. Another lady who booked an appointment had to remove her own nail polish herself as she was occupied with another customer. The nail took her roughly 2 and half hours to do and they are all cracked. My nails were done only on Friday. Terrible customer service and in the end I was charge $170 for JET BLACK HAIR COLOUR when my hair is already black and the nails are all cracked. The lady wasn't apologetic at all. I would NOT EVER recommend this place at all.
