Staff are always helpful and friendly. It's clean and has everything I need including free childminding. I've been attending for over 3 years. I love this gym.

Not impressed with this gym..Staff does not care..I received no advice or help by staff on what I was doing..I attended this gym only a few times..I am on a 3 year contract and not once have they rang to ask why I have not attended...But still collect the money from me...So it's obviously about money not about getting people fit..

Richard has horrible personal skills . He is rude and exhibits a bully approach to everything and everyone. I gave him the benefit of doubt thinking he might have had a bad day but he behaved the same way on other occassion since especially when he was questioned over an issue. He talks down to consumers as if they were a naughty child that needed scolding . All other staff and equipment are wonderful . The facility is lovely but Richard spoils it all . Would not recommend this gym for this reason. He needs serious anger management as it appears as he suffers from rage issues especially if you disagree with him. Provides very poor service.greatt

Friendly staff. I like that the treadmills face the windows outside - makes running on the treadmill a bit more bearable. Good range of machines.

I just signed up today. However, Will who is a personal trainer there is awesome. I signed to Activ Gracemere to work with Will again to achieve my goals
