My experience with these guys has been fabulous. They replaced an old motor with a new one and now the door glides better than it ever has before. The service was excellent. Today I needed some help as my meter box had been changed during the week and the door wouldn't lift. They gave me great instructions to get the door going again without having to have a callout. Excellent service!

I have had an incredible experience with Ian’s garage doors. Ian was very prompt and helpful with his quote appointment and explained anything I wanted to know. The installers grant and sam were very efficient men who did a great job installing my doors and cleaned up any mess they made before they left. Any queries I had the team were very happy to answer which made the experience very enjoyable. Overall highly recommend for anyone’s garage door needs.

I found their entire team from sales, installation and support to be excellent.Russell was the sales guy, and was really knowledgeable and professional, and even the quote was cheaper than another local dealer.The installers were both efficient and professional and did a great job.I even got to test the after sales support because one of the doors auto locks did not work and had to be replaced, and that was dealt with quickly and efficiently.So glad I picked this company to do the job!

I needed a roller door in my shed where there was no framework for the door. Ian's was one of only two companies of 20 odd that I asked that could both build the framework and install the door. Most companies would do either one or the other. Russell came from Lonsdale to my place at Broadview to quote, was very professional and was able to use mostly existing structure for the framework to save money. Grant and his team installed it perfectly. I was concerned about how the flashing would look as the shed wasn't built for a door in that location, but the finished product looked as perfect. Great experience, would recommend this company to anyone. Price was great too.

Can not speak highly enough of this company - have used them for years - the yearly service support reliable and follow up . Replaced our old tired roller door and again Ian excellent prompt service, explained all, good price, and delivered/installed in the advised timeframe, We thought would be a total replacement, no Ian advised just replace the door and the motor is fine so trust is there too - John the handy/tech was WONDERFUL and explained all and clean/efficient. Cant recommend them highly enough. And i know that i am on their yearly routine service to maintain.

Thanks to Ian's Garage Door Centre, the lock broke on my old roller door, the lady @ reception was very friendly and helpful, knew exactly what I needed and supplied the part, would recommend for all your roller door needs, easy access on Dorset st, Lonsdale, (Devon st end) on the corner

Had a new roller door installed and used the existing motor.They are very professional from start to finish and the installed door was better than we hoped for. We have a very high vehicle and other companies said we'd lose height with a new door but we kept the hight clearance needed.I couldn't get our car out but they worked out fix to do so while we waited for the new door.Door arrived about three weeks early so that was an extra bonus.Highly recommended.( I tried a previous company from Morphettvale and it was a disaster )

Amazing.... very friendly and efficient over the phone. Booked in an appointment, not a long wait for the service tech to come out. He serviced two roller doors plus and did a repair, and then when I got the bill I was delighted at how reasonable it was. The Sales Representative Russell, arrived on time to give a quote, very well presented and informative on the details of the Garage Door, both in the working, design and performance. Delivery was made within the time period quoted.The Installer Roger, arrived in time quoted, very efficient and professional. A great personality, someone you felt you could trust. No mess to clear up when work completed.When contacting the office, all inquiries were dealt with speedily and efficiently by the receptionist, whose name is Karen, creating a pleasant interaction.
