I just got off the phone with the staff at Wyong and I am in tears. The staff (Grace) was very rude and not understanding at all. They are dealing with people who have been through traumatic experiences and are seeking help. I understand they have a job to do, but a little more compassion from them would go a long way. I do not recommend their services.

Staff were quite rude, however they were understaffed. The wait time was long, from walking in, to being assisted and leaving was a little over 2 hours. Once again though they were understaffed, so I could understand and tolerate the wait a little easier.

We have been begging housing for weeks to do something about our complex we have 3 drug dealers living here we are kept awake all night by their antics they steal anything that is not bolted down I had one threaten to kill me because I walked my dog past her place we now have two residents being admitted to hospital because of the stress living here causes we have police and ambos around every day because of the antics happening here but still neither the police or housing do anything about it we have 5 unregistered and in plated cars parked here every night they do burn outs around the car park they even stole the number plates off one of the residents cars to do joy riding around Gosford and still no one does anything about it we all ring housing every day and all they say is they are looking into it meanwhile they are putting our lives in danger ..... I am thankful to have a place to live but I don't feel we should live in constant fear because no one will do anything

We have a few dept houses left in this area and they do nothing about the anti-social behaviour of there Tenants, they never investigate the complaints properly and just because the tenants are in there 50-60’s doesn’t mean they aren’t a problem. Same as they allow the person who has tried on more then one occasion to intimidate my 10 year old daughter to live in a 3 bed room house on her own when there are a lot of families out there that need this home more then she does when she could easily live in a 1/2 bedroom bed sit or place.

Don't understand why they rent cheap houses to junkies and drug dealers when there are so many families in need of help with cheap rentals
