This new Woolworth in Clarkson is one supermarket I shall avoid with a passion. First of all it is isolated from cafes etc. The layout is shocking. Fridges and freezers were at opposite ends. The trollers... Omg. I hated the trolley. Everything slides back. I missed the steel trolley. Checkout lady was rude, unapproachable and unhelpful. She didn't help me with filling the bags till the very end. I paid for my shopping but I still had groceries loose. The customer behind me had to wait. I felt awful. In the end her ladyship" filled a bag fast

I really liked the old Woolies in the nearby Ocean Keys Mall. The layout of the new store just seems a little too tight. We noticed that the prices of a lot of products (especially meat) jumped significantly when the new store opened. They are more expensive than other Woolies in Butler.

Only good thing about the new Woolworths is parking it’s more expensive no specials not great choices Been there twice will NOT EVER RETURN also picked up a rice and sauce and it was full of mildew Such a shame big mistake you have moved so much better when in ocean keys that’s my opinion !!

I guess they are still loading things in as there was no eggs, the layout looks nice as I only shopped their as I was in the area. Don't like 5he plastic trolleys as there is no where to hang your bags on the trolleys while shopping

Lots of parking, brand new shop. Variety not as good as it used to be in the old shop in Ocean Keys, but will hopefully improve. All of a sudden one now has to pack your own groceries at the cashiers without any warning - I think this will cause some customers to just not bother - it is already less convenient to make an extra stop after visiting Ocean Keys... why was such a change brought in?

This is the second time I encountered this checkout lady. No name tag. She won't talk. She was rude again, passive aggressive and rough...eye balled us and refused to assist us. Refused many things including talking. I tried to lodge a complaint but manager was busy. No email to send a written complaint. I promised to myself to never ever go to that branch.

Much better than Currambi e where I used to shop Lots of parking and undercover. Also seem to have more staff on the tills. My regular Woolies nowadays.

It had a nostalgic feel to it which I find pleasant. There was no sensory overload which is amazing as I am on the Autism spectrum.
