Highly recommend Dr Geoff and the team at Vet HQ. Dr Geoff and the Vet HQ team provided the best care for our Sparky boy when he ruptured his cruciate ligament. Not only for Sparky but also for us, his nervous parents.It is really most appreciated and we are very grateful to have such an awesome vet caring for him. Not just Dr Geoff’s excellent veterinary skills but his flexibility and understanding in making the whole experience more relaxing for Sparky.

VetHQ rescued us when we had lost hope. Our dog Victor had 2 other vets diagnose and try treating him, with no good results until Geoff, Ivan and Bri took over.They were incredible in their professionalism, kindness and empathy, and our boy was back home getting spoiled in no time. Vet HQ have been taking care of my beloved dogs for 16 years. Yes my oldest Labradoodle, Max, turns 16 next week and his longevity is a testament to the incredible team of vets, front office staff, management and nurses. Special mention to the head of nursing , J.J who is incredibly compassionate and caring and Mariko who is head of grooming and also a vet nurse.

My pupster has long term gut issues and has always been on a nutritionist-designed home cooked diet. Fatigued, we decided to try one of the market leading fresh food pet meal companies which markets itself as nutritionally balanced by veterinary nutritionists. We selected a meal that was near identical in ingredients to the one we used to make ourselves.In that three month period our boy lost weight and became listless and quiet and stopped being his usual energetic and playful self.On Dr Geoff’s advice we reverted to the home cooked nutritionist diet and within a week he was back to stable weight and his energy and playfulness was back to normal, which has continued for several weeks since.Love to Dr Geoff and the Vet HQ team for always being incredible veterinary providers. xxx

We are so grateful to be able to come to Vet HQ, they are always going above and beyond. Our 7 month old puppy was recently injured at the park and Dr Caitlin stayed back on a Sunday after hours to do the surgery. We were blown away by the level of care we received both on the Sunday of the incident, and in the weeks that followed!!! Thank you Vet HQ team!

Highly recommend this clinic for all pet care needs -From veterinary services, grooming and doggy day care, to food and product selections. This clinic really does tick all the boxes under the one roof. The staff are always friendly, committed and willing to help.In particular i have been using Vet HQ for the healthcare of my dog and cat, and every time they do not disappoint when it comes to patient treatment and care.Special mention to Dr Ivan and Dr Polina, who with our latest health scare both went above and beyond on more than one occasion to make sure our cat was looked after in her time of need, and in turn restored to her bubbly healthy self.Not only for the patient care but the follow up and time taken to explain and understand issues with myself as the owner was very much appreciated.Thank you!

Highly recommend - my rescue who came back from LA with me has been looked after perfectly. They picked up exactly where the LA vet left off, made sure Bruce was fine post flight, shots etc, most recently the care & attention to a limp/injured paw has been phenomenal.Easy to contact, really helpful in finding appointments even when clearly booked solid. Last week we had to take our little cat Ziggy into vet HQ. He is an inside boy and we were nervous about how he'd react. Dr Ivan Duong made us feel so welcome and calm. He examined Ziggy and didn't care that he was covered in orange fur. Ziggy was happy and exploring the room, not bothered about being poked and prodded. My partner was very worried, but Dr Ivan made her feel incredibly relaxed and confident that Ziggy was just a little anxious. With the medicine and care Dr Ivan recommended Ziggy is his normal happy self again. The whole experience was lovely and welcoming, thanks very much Vet HQ and Dr Ivan.
